Biography
Akinmosin, Adewale is the Acting Head of the Department of Geosciences, Mountain Top University. He obtained his first degree in Geology from Ondo State University (now Ekiti State University). He later proceeded to the University of Ibadan for his master’s degree in Petroleum Geology and Sedimentology. He has researched on "Environmental Geological Baseline Characterisation of Tar Sand Deposits at Igbotako Area, Southwestern Nigeria" for Master’s and Ph.D. degrees, University of Ibadan. His current research work is on Technical Feasibility of Direct Application of the Nigerian Tar Sand Deposits as Road Asphalt. Over the years, he has risen through the ranks to the position of an Associate Professor in his academic career.
